JD Degree Womens College student bagged gold medal

Jagbandhu Das Degree Women's College student's achievements have brought glory to the region. She stood first in Hindi Department at Sambalpur University level with a mark of 9.32. Barsha Meher, a student of Arts, Science and Commerce, won the Gold Medal from the Governor for securing the best marks. Along with this, she also won the Osani Award 2023, Best Woman Graduate Award.
A congratulatory meeting was held under the chairmanship of college president Padmini Das.
In the management meeting of Jatindra Kumar Sahu, head of the department of Odiya, the founder of the college, Antyarami Panda, attended the meeting and congratulated the students and wished them a bright future. Sasmita Meher, Pinky Barik, along with colleagues Shashanka Shekhar Padhan, Sarthaka Panigrahi, Sobhabati Thapa,Punam Sahu, Nilima Nayak,Birendra Khatua,Manisha Bhoi, Nruparaj Bariha,Jyoti Sahu,Tripura Behera, were involved in it.
